returns + exchanges

POLICY
Returns and exchanges can only be made within 14 days of receiving your merchandise. Returns and exchanges can only be made on items that have not been worn, and items must have all tags attached in order to be accepted. Returns and exchanges are not permitted on Sale merchandise. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, and these costs will not be refunded when returns and exchanges are made.

HOW TO RETURN
Please send a RETURN REQUEST EMAIL to customercare@vkoonyc.com PRIOR to returning your item. You will need to include the following information in your email:

1. Your order number

2. Item(s) you are returning

3. Reason for return

4. Email address and phone number where you can be reached

Once you have sent your RETURN REQUEST EMAIL you will then be contacted by a vkoo customer service representative who will give you further instructions on how to make your return.

HOW TO EXCHANGE
If you would like to exchange an item you received for another color or size, please send an EXCHANGE REQUEST EMAIL to customercare@vkoonyc.com PRIOR to exchanging your item to ensure the new item you wish to receive is available. You will need to include the following information in your email:

1. Your order number

2. Item(s) you are exchanging

3. Item(s) you would like to receive

4. Email address and phone number where you can be reached

If we have the item, we will hold it for you until your return is received. Exchanges will only be accepted if they meet the criteria for an acceptable exchange (see Returns and Exchanges Policy). We will ship the exchange to you at no extra cost.

GUIDELINES
We only ship orders Monday — Friday, and do not ship orders on major holidays. We make every effort to ship orders the same day they are placed, however cannot make this guarantee.

SHIPPING METHODS
At this time we do not ship to P.O. Boxes, and we do not ship Internationally. We only ship packages Monday — Friday, and do not ship orders on major holidays.

We ship using:

UPS Ground (3—5 business days) $8 for orders under $100, free for orders over $100

UPS 2nd Day $20

UPS Next Day Air $30

WHERE WE SHIP
We ship to all 50 United States, however will not ship to a P.O. Box address. At this time, we do not ship internationally.

ORDER STATUS
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed and received. Another email will be sent to you when your order is shipped out.

TRACKING ORDERS
A shipment notification email will be sent to you when your order is shipped. Included in this email is a tracking number so you can track your package.
