GUIDELINES
We only ship orders Monday—Friday, and do not ship orders on major holidays. We ship to all 50 United States, however do not ship to P.O. boxes, and do not ship internationally.
SHIPPING METHODS/COST ESTIMATES
All orders with a total pretax value of over $49.99 are eligible for free UPS Ground Shipping.
The following rates apply for expedited shipping options and orders with a total pretax value of less that $50:
UPS GROUND, 3-5 business days:
$8 for orders under $50
free for orders over $50
UPS 2ND DAY, 2 business days: $20
UPS NEXY DAY, 1 business day: $30
ORDER STATUS
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed and received. A shipment notification email will be sent to you when your order is shipped. A tracking number will be included in this email so you can track your order’s shipment.
POLICY
Returns and exchanges may only be made within 14 days of receiving your merchandise. Items may not have been worn and must have all tags attached in order to be accepted. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, and these costs will not be refunded when returns and exchanges are made. We will ship exchanges out at no extra cost. All sale merchandise is final sale.
HOW TO RETURN
Please send a Return Request Email to customercare@vkoonyc.com prior to returning your item. You will need to include the following information in your email:
1. Your order number
2. Item(s) you are returning or exchanging
3. If exchanging, item(s) you would like to receive
4. Reason for return or exchange
5. Email address and phone number where you can be reached
Once you have sent your RETURN REQUEST EMAIL you will then be contacted by a vkoo customer service representative who will give you further instructions on how to make your return or exchange. |
